Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Logistics Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. Principal Accountabilities: Planning and managing logistics, warehousing, transportation at the logistics company Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and customers Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements Managing central and local promotions (including all new promotions, ad hoc orders) Support Category Managers team with reporting and suggestion of portfolio Support Category Managers in stock management including:Reporting, checking and correcting orders from sites Proactive member of the CEE NFR team and the local Retail team Key Challenges: Working in a changing, complex organization under pressure Working in the field for 2 days in the month Ability to manage the relationship with Sales & Operations effectively to ensure delivery of the plans at site level What you can expect: Multi-cultural working environment Modern, dynamic and constantly growing business Being part of an open-minded team, which does not stop in building successful business Informal atmosphere and friendly cooperation – one team helping and supporting each other Extensive and rich development program – wide range of courses and coaching Flexible approach to way of organizing own work Attractive benefits package Previous working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Master’s degree Fluency in spoken and written English and Hungarian Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff Well-developed negotiation and analytical skills Self-motivated personality, strong internal drive to deliver results Strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and deliver in complex, virtual environment Resilience under pressure Business English language and fluent Hungarian Show more Show less
