Location: Athens Working Model: On-site Working Hours: 09:00-17:00 ️You will be reporting to: Supply Chain Manager As a Supply Chain & Production Coordinator you will oversee and coordinate the company’s activities from the time a purchase order or risk purchase order is received till the shipment of the order to the customer. Main responsibilities: Ensure the material/tool/information availability for the smooth execution of the production plan. Check daily the material/information availability and production plan execution and react accordingly. Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for reliable delivery plan execution. Manage Raw Material Inventory (customized and commonly used) by aligning the materials’ stock with the capacity demand. Coordinate Raw Material forecast with the Purchasing Department. Coordination Outsourcing Projects. Evaluate and report on KPls. Review and update supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations. Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes. Identify and minimize risk by predicting the demand for products. Requirements Degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in complicated production / processing environment. Excellent command of English language. Knowledge of German is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Excellent attention to detail and time management.
