Supply Chain Sap Specialist – internship Internship Purpose : As a Supply Chain Intern you will join the Supply Chain team to contribute to F2M eSolutions exponential growth in the manufacturing and logistics areas. You will work in a fast-paced context and interact with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that production targets are timely achieved and to guarantee customers’ satisfaction. Your Tasks: Manage customers’ orders entry to support suppliers’ planning and inventory control activities; Check with each Supplier about components production status for planned delivery date and pallets preparations (quantity, dimension, weight, documentation) Work closely with the purchasing department to support on purchase requests and purchase orders release and monitoring; Report and track KPIs to monitor suppliers’ performances and highlight deviations to the management; Work on automating repetitive tasks through macros, queries and supporting the implementation of new tools; Check all needed transactions in SAP have been performed: PO creation vs supplier, production orders, good receipts, inventory transfer, etc Propose and implement forecasting and supply planning process improvements; Interact with suppliers to ensure that raw materials, sub-components and finished products are delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with forecasts and agreements; Assist in the development and enhancement of the MRP system; Support other departments with needed analysis and data Your background BSc or MSc in Management or Mechanical Engineering; Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; Keen to use Business Intelligence tools; Knowledge in SAP preferable; Excellence in written and spoken English; Problem solver: you effectively synthesize information and resolve issues by using logic and common sense; Analytical mind: you are comfortable with numbers; Resilience: you don’t give up and always look for possible solutions; Teamwork: you care for others and enjoy working in team; Communication: ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders.
