We now have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and committed: SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER Responsibilities of the Role Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies and policies specific to the woodworking industry. Conduct assessments of our production processes to identify areas for improvement in sustainability and reduce the environmental impact. Create and maintain necessary documentation, including ESG policies, procedures, and compliance reports. Foster employee engagement, educate and inspire on sustainability. Support Sales teams in customer responses for sustainability information. Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in ESG or CSR, preferably in the manufacturing or woodworking industry. Fluent in English and Latvian. Strong rigor in reporting and ESG-related documentation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Salary is from 3500 Euro.
