You will work closely with senior guides and executives to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Your role will be crucial in shaping the workforce that drives innovation and facilitates the company’s growth in the region. You will report directly to our Talent Acquisition Director, this role will be based in Prague and responsible for our WE cluster. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home. Key Responsibilities Leading strategic projects and initiatives focused on Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Engagement and Operational Excellence (50%) Overseeing & collaborating with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners to optimize recruitment processes and ensure seamless execution of talent acquisition strategies (50%) Managing stakeholder relationships and effectively communicating talent acquisition strategies, progress, and results to senior guides and key stakeholders. Guiding change management initiatives related to talent acquisition, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies. Providing oversight and accountability for the delivery of recruitment services by RPO partners, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and timely hiring. YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition Guide Experience managing a team or delivery operations in Talent Acquisition Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices Experience guiding and mentoring a team of talent acquisition professionals Experience working with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution providers Our offer A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environment Market specific training and ongoing personal development.
