The Role With an eye on expanding our Budapest team for Morgan Stanley , AMS valued and long-term client, we are looking to bring on board an experienced Talent Development Specialist , who will be responsible for the design and delivery of best-in-class junior talent programmes in Budapest. Being a proactive and agile TD specialist, you will be working closely with the wider HCM team, including talent acquisition, diversity & Inclusion and the HCM Business Partners to support the onboarding experience, learning and development of all of interns and graduates and thus help our client deliver programmes that engage, develop, and grow its junior talent pipeline. This is a hybrid work model – there would be a possibility to work from the client’s office. Key Accountabilities Design and delivery of Intern & Analyst level training and development programmes, including Induction days, in line with firmwide best practises and the client’s overall talent management strategy. Managing vendors related to entry level programme management and execution, including annual vendor reviews. Preparing programme content in partnership with key contacts in the business, Talent Management and vendors. Creating relevant materials, surveys and executive summaries. Partnering with the Diversity & Inclusion team to diversity-proof the entry level training and ongoing development programmes. Devising the events schedule during the internship programme; booking venues, coordinating speakers, and attending events where required. Actively building and maintaining relationships with divisional stakeholders and programme participants – mentors, buddies, direct manager population and cohorts. Measuring the success and ROI of all programmes and related initiatives. Adding value to your business area through awareness and understanding of programmes development, trends, and graduate market knowledge. Able to demonstrate a broader understanding of the clients business and strategies Undertaking projects and ad hoc responsibilities as required. Skills & Experience Passion for learning and development with experience of managing talent programmes. Skilled in translating business needs into effective training and development strategies. Ability to manage projects through to completion focusing on end results and measuring impact. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hungarian and English. Highly collaborative – ability to partner with multiple teams to deliver commercially-orientated solutions. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines. Ability to build and manage stakeholder & vendor relationships. Why AMS?
