Job Description : The Team Lead Commissioning ensures the punctual execution of commissioning interventions and training at customer sites by him/herself and the Central European team in an efficient and qualitative manner, in accordance with the group QSHE standards. He/she is a technical expert and advisor to colleagues. Supports the team with needed tools, clothing and personal protective measures. Coaches the team and defines training needs. He/she joins a periodic 24/7 standby service in order to solve problems immediately. Functional Responsibilities: Commissioning activities Team Management / Soft Skills Project Oversight Customer Relations Administration & other Training & Development Qualifications : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience. Experience in leading a team. Proven experience in a logistic/automation environment. Proficient in English, other Central European languages are a plus. Computer skills: MS Office + Teams You are sociable, eager to learn, driven and solution-oriented.
