This is where our Talent Acquisition (TA) team plays a vital role. In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in achieving the team’s primary goal: attracting and hiring the right talent for Vinted while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment, you will implement best hiring practices and collaborate with other team members on various projects. You will focus on supporting our key tech areas, including Engineering, Product Management, Data Science & Analytics, Design, and Research, to ensure we secure the best talent for these functions. In this position, you’ll Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless interview process to attract the right talent Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, proactive candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and extending offers Build effective candidate talent pools through proactive sourcing, job boards, employee referrals, social media & employer branding campaigns etc Guide hiring managers and interviewers on effective interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods Track and report on key hiring metrics to ensure efficient recruitment processes, while providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience Gain exposure to talent acquisition initiatives by contributing to process improvement projects Stay informed about recruitment best practices and tools to continually improve the candidate experience About You Previous experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist specifically focused on hiring for tech roles Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools Strong skills in candidate engagement and relationship-building Good understanding of assessment tools and interview evaluation techniques Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the talent acquisition field Work perks The opportunity to benefit from our share options programme 25 working days of holiday Newest MacBook models Free access to an office gym Mental and emotional health support through the Mindletic app Home office support: we provide IT workstation equipment and a personal budget of up to €540 for home workplace furniture Private health insurance On-site canteen serving delicious homemade food at friendly prices Frequent team-building events A personal monthly budget for shopping on Vinted The opportunity to spend up to 90 days per year – 21 of which can be spent working outside of the EU – on workation A dog-friendly office Working at Vinted Individual Learning Budget We invest in your professional growth!
