We are now looking for a Technical Authority Expert to be responsible for technology leadership, expertise & support extending through the full cycle of Create, Sustain & Evolve for its respective domain. Performing continuous service, status, and performance monitoring to proactively detect possible failures and act upon them to ensure the restauration and recovery. What will you do? 1st Level Collaboration and support by performing activities, but not limited to instructions /procedures creation. Daily preventive checks on the systems in scope by: Monitoring of daily/monthly flows, processes, and alarms. Act in case of issues (failed, incomplete, faulty executions) Perform operation and maintenance of the applications, data bases, servers in the scope of the delivery to ensure an accurate functionality. Ticket handling by: Constantly check ticketing queues, take the tickets in charge and act upon them in the agreed Service level agreements (SLA) Tackle claims received via email by: Checking emails constantly, take them in charge and act upon them in the agreed SLA. Keeping a positive attitude towards counterparts and provide constructive feedback, detailed activity explanations when asked. Communicating task execution status and progress and advise proactively whenever a blocking point or imminent delay is foreseen. Business/Application analysis, defect management, data cleanings installation, testing (depending on Application) and execution. e2e checks within delivery scope. Trend and data analysis and problem management activities (proactive and reactive) Change Management activities. Incidents lifecycle by: Taking in charge the incidents in the times agreed in the SLA. Ensuring the resolution times are not exceeding the agreed SLA. Filling in all the needed documents following the faults’ restauration (RCA, DIG). Ensuring the service/data recovery following the restauration. Scripting, automation, and optimization activities according to the delivery needs Creates and reviews documentation related to the Technical Authority Expert activities performed. Uploads documentations and procedures on the internal collaboration sites, creates and sends activity reports upon request and participates in the governance meetings. Offers on-call support outside business hours. You will bring: Bachelor level in engineering (IT, Telecom) 5 years’ experience in application Administration or relevant IT experience Hands on Unix/Linux OS command line experience Shell (sh) scripting experience or other scripting languages – medium level SQL – PL/SQL code troubleshooting/debugging experience – medium level BSS operational troubleshooting experience is a plus Proficient English (spoken and written); Italian language is a plus Tibco knowledge is a plus. PHP and HTML knowledge is a plus. Graphana, Prometheus knowledge is a plus.
