Job Description: Enfinity Global is seeking ambitious and motivated graduates or trainees to join our team and support Project Development Managers in the development of Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects across Italy. This role offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on the permitting process and project development lifecycle. Successful candidates will work closely with experienced Project Development Managers and cross-functional teams to contribute to the successful delivery of renewable energy projects. Key Responsibilities Support in Technical Assessment : Assist Technical Developers in preparing/gathering information for the land/site verification (site visit, site assessment, cadastral information, etc), the design of the project (layout), the interconnection definition, and the estimation of the financial inputs of the projects (devex, capex, opex), preparing the timeline of the projects, and the risk matrix . Internal approval processes : preparing documentation for the internal approval process. Due diligence of third party opportunities : assist in the technical due diligence of third party opportunities. Hand over to Project Development Manager: helping in the preparation of hand over processes of the projects to Project Development Managers. Internal Coordination : Work with various internal teams, including origination, M&A, structure finance, engineering, legal, finance, and construction , to gather information and align project objectives. Assist in ensuring all project activities are well-coordinated and meet the permitting requirements. Document Preparation & Management : Support the preparation of project-related documents, including project presentations, internal approval documents, technical documentation, and project reports. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up to date, and filed appropriately. Research & Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis on regulatory frameworks, environmental standards , and other factors affecting renewable energy development in Italy. Help identify potential risks and opportunities related to project development. Qualifications and Experience Recent graduate in a relevant field such as renewable energy, engineering, environmental science, or business .A strong interest in the renewable energy sector , particularly in PV and BESS project development.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Italian and English is required.Basic knowledge of Italian regulatory frameworks for renewable energy is a plus, though not required.Italian (Professional) and English (Fluent).
