We are hiring a TECHNICAL LEADER – BACKEND Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to guide our software development team and support the delivery of innovative technological solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive the team’s success and achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the team in developing and implementing cutting-edge technical solutions. Ensure code quality by promoting best practices such as code reviews and automated testing. Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps. Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their technical skills. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide optimal solutions quickly. Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends, proposing innovations and improvements. Design scalable, secure, and efficient architectures for large enterprise projects. Requirements: Experience and Technical Skills: Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong experience in software development and technical leadership. Proficient in Java and SpringBoot applications. Strong experience in designing scalable software architectures and microservices. Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and software lifecycle management. Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required. Soft Skills: Ability to take ownership of the project and remain focused on achieving goals. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Leadership attitude with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
