We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Lead Developer to join the team, assigned to one of our clients in the Netherlands. As a Technical Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading our development team to success by providing technical guidance, overseeing projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Strong problem-solving skills and creative solution finding; Lead the team in best practices, adhering to coding standards etc.; Strong in communication. Be able to help more junior team members with understanding and accomplishing their tasks; Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members; Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Background in designing / working on enterprise applications such as ERP; Advanced understanding of Architecture and design; Strong knowledge of database/data model design; Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL (Stored procedures, triggers, cursors etc.); Knowledge of RESTful API integrations; Knowledge of Azure services is preferred; High code experience is valued.
