As a Technical Operations Engineer – Digital & Infrastructure Solutions, you’ll be the driving force behind our Property and Facilities Team, providing specialized engineering support and undertaking diverse digital transformation projects that will improve customer experience and strengthen OPAP’s digital presen ce! Your day to day will incl ude: Identifying opportunities for technological advancements and improvements in the digital retail space such as in-store kiosk, beacons, digital signage, interactive displays, LED screens, audio-visual distribution, lighting & energy management systems, etc.Conducting thorough research to propose cutting-edge digital solutions, exploring ways to elevate OPAP’s retail network & premises digital capabilities with transformative techno logy.Participating in pilot projects to test and evaluate new solutions before large-scale roll outs.Providing technical support during rollout p hasesMonitoring quality and operational performance of existing store hardware equipment and infrastru ctureCreating detailed electrical design plans and comprehensive equipment/infrastructure man uals.Preparing technical specifications for tender processes, guiding vendors through assignments, and tracking the implementation of solutions to comple tion.Coordinating with other internal teams (e.g. Technology) and external vendors for the delivery of the assigned digital pro jects What you need to suc ceed: BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields; MSc is pre ferable3+ years of experience in digital electronics, system integration and retail technology so lutionsFamiliarity with retail technology (e.g. digital signage, CMS platforms, digital kiosks, traffic counters and interactive di splays)Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively and mul ti-taskStrong problem-solving skillsTeamwork and coop erationAchievement orie ntationExcellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English languages (oral & w ritten) What’s in it for you?
