Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Understand their needs and deliver outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction. Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical knowledge of the companyโ€™s products to effectively communicate their benefits and features to clients. Sales Proposals: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals. Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the product development team to help enhance offerings. Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of projects. Share best practices and strategies with colleagues. Reporting: Track sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets. Prepare regular reports for management review. Qualifications: Bachelorโ€™s degree in (Mechanical) Engineering, or a related technical field. Some experience in B2B sales, ideally in the mechanical, construction, real estate, or building services sectors Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels. Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in English, Slovene, and Croatian/Serbian.
