Role Summary: The Global Technology Service group comprises IT consultants, project managers, and business analysts dedicated to delivering client technology solutions through best-in-class software systems. Using a clear and measurable service delivery model, we offer technology assessments, roadmaps, transitions, and integration services, along with continuous improvement support to maximize technology investments. Supporting Global Occupier Services, we drive business development through solution design, pricing, technology demonstrations, and delivery for Strategy & Portfolio Administration, Transaction & Project Management, Facilities (IFM), Space & Occupancy, and Financial Management services. We are seeking a new colleague to join our team, specializing in automation, BI, and solution implementation. The role involves managing data and automation in systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Alteryx, creating reports and dashboards in Power BI, and contributing to data migration, integration, and training during client implementations. You’ll also support our technological solutions and contribute to ongoing improvements, ensuring successful delivery and seamless client transitions. Your Responsibilities: Automation & Database Management: Understand ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Create Technical Specification documents for functional requirements Manage existing and create new automation using Alteryx BI and Data Analytics: Develop Power BI reports and dashboards, including occasional DAX modeling. Optimize Power BI report performance and SQL queries/views. Contribute to BI strategy, business modeling, and implementation. Support existing BI solutions and perform root cause analysis at the code level Solution implementation to ensure successful client delivery: Manage data migration, validation, and system setup using ETL tools Handle integration, documentation, and acceptance testing for workflows and data mapping Develop ad hoc and KPI reports to support client deliverables Facilitate user review and acceptance of application configuration and performance Provide training and implementation user support during delivery activities GOS Technology client applications expertise Contribute to the GOS Technology knowledgebase with best practices and solution documents and ServiceNow Leverage client applications for demos, data modeling, and process development Provide secondary support to Delivery Management for consistent client transitions Your profile: BSc degree in an IT-related major 3-4 years of experience in designing, building, and testing DW and BI solutions Knowledge of Business Analysis Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Modern Data Warehouse concepts, and ETL/ELT processes Knowledge of MS BI tools (Power BI) Experience in SQL Queries and Views (Microsoft T-SQL, SSAS, SSRS) Experience in Alteryx Experience in maintaining and writing Python scripts Experience in working with ERP or Designing one is an advantage ITIL Foundation / SDLC Management Excellent command of English in both Speaking and Written Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage Experience in Project Management What we can offer: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit package The benefit package includes cafeteria, mental and physical health care package, community bike ticket, and loyalty-based elements Hybrid work environment Additional holidays to compensate for Hungarian public holidays falling on a weekend Great learning and development opportunities Modern, award-winning office with a view of the Danube Central location, excellent public transport Youthful and supportive work environment A steadily growing, 100+ year-old international company We foster a culture of inclusion that embraces the unique strengths, perspectives, and experiences of all our employees.
