As Technical Steward II you will be responsible for providing to the Site the knowledge and expertise, as Subject Matter Expert (SME), of specific pharmaceutical processes or process technologies (e.g. Technical Steward for galenics, for film coating, biologics – upstream or downstream, etc). Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Participation in interfacing with global MS&T network and with technical development organization, for the corresponding global activities, to define and implement new technical standards for existing and new technologies and equipment. Collaborate with technical development, other sites and global MS&T network to facilitate transfer. Be a recognized expert internally by reporting and presenting scientific/technical work at internal/external meetings/conferences. Provide technical expertise for validation activities around technologies within area of responsibility. Provide SME expertise to perform process characterization of the related pharmaceutical processes to increase robustness and sustainability. Support Product Stewards / Process Experts in trouble shooting / root cause investigation. Perform technical feasibility trials related to process improvement and implementation of new manufacturing technologies. Implementation of and compliance with all the instructions and requirements for safety at work, environment protection, and property protection. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment. What You Will Bring To The Role BSc. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry or equivalent scientific degree. Desirable MSc. or equivalent experience. Functional knowledge of English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Minimum 3 years experience in process support in manufacturing/ manufacturing science and technology/technical development/quality.
