If so, this is the chance to apply now! PeopleCert is looking for Telesales Agents to engage with customers across various channels, including inbound/outbound calls, chat, email, and social media. Successful candidates will demonstrate agility, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The Telesales Service department operates in Athens, Greece with rotating shifts, 24/7/365. As a Telesales Agent, your tasks will include the following: Engage Proactively : Build connections with existing and prospective customers through outbound calls, promoting PeopleCert’s comprehensive portfolio of certifications. Drive Sales : Leverage tailored communication strategies and scripts to optimize sales opportunities and conversions. Inform and Assist : Deliver detailed and accurate information about PeopleCert’s products and services, addressing inquiries with confidence and clarity. Ensure Accuracy : Process customer orders meticulously, maintaining timely and precise data entry for seamless transactions. Exceed Expectations : Consistently surpass sales targets and KPIs, prioritizing customer satisfaction and relationship-building. Collaborate Effectively : Work closely with internal teams to refine processes, address challenges, and achieve overarching business goals. Offer a seamless Customers’ Journey : Demonstrate organization and excellence while adapting to a 24/7/365 rotating shift schedule, maintaining a high level of service at all times. What we look for: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-centric approach. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, preferably in a telesales environment. Experience in this area will be considered a significant asset. Exceptional command of the English language (native-like fluency or C2 level certification preferred). Certifications such as LanguageCert C2 TE or C2 IESOL are a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools, telephone systems, and advanced computer applications; ECDL Advanced certification is a plus. Familiarity with project management principles is considered an advantage. Availability to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7/365 schedule. Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs) Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared. If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include: A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence) HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) Financial background check Employment reference check If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
