Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Team Lead located in Bucharest, Romania. The Telesales Team Lead will be responsible for managing the team, driving sales efforts, and achieving key sales targets. The role involves developing and executing telesales strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into loyal customers, and achieve revenue and volume growth objectives. The Telesales Team Lead will oversee the teamโs daily operations, track performance against sales metrics, and implement initiatives to optimize productivity and results. Additionally, the role requires ensuring effective communication within the team, resolving customer inquiries efficiently, and fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture.
