Human by nature. Trade Affair Integration Expert – Your future role? As the Trade Affairs Integration Expert in Budapest, you will support the functional end-to-end stream during the Givaudan Solutions Integration Program for Trade Affairs processes, supporting that the proposed GBS + SAP operating model is implemented across all the newly acquired entities for all sub-functions within a function. You will report to the Global Trade Affairs Process Champion. Your role will include: Understand process gaps between Givaudan and to-be integrated company Run Process gap analysis sessions to see differences between GTA standard processes and the to be integrated sites’ processes Present to-be process plan to fit within the Global Trade Affairs processes Work out the to-be process mapping and present it to the relevant teams Set the requirements for IT and coordinate delivery Based on the to-be process, set up the requirements for IT so that they can fit the new site into Givaudan standard Coordinate User Acceptance Testing Coordinate the testing of the integrated sites’ processes in SAP GTS Create training material and deliver training for the main users and deliver Key User Training Support pre / go live and post go live activities until the newly implemented processes are stable and ensure defined processes are being validated, followed and the system is being used correctly Provide assistance and additional user training for SAP-GTS Be the conduit between business and IT for SAP-GTS You?
