We’re pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both , requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this position. Core Responsibilities Plan, develop and implement highly impactful trade marketing plans. Strong sparring partner for the Brand Managers, LEGO Certified Store Trade Marketing Manager, global and regional trade marketing, providing input to the BU ‘Below the Line’ marketing strategy. Plan and prepare monthly Trade Marketing activities. Place orders for in-store materials, coordinating allocation and placement according to monthly priorities. Work closely with Brick & Mortar KAM Team and the BU Marketing Team, lead shopper occasion projects as the dedicated coordinator of key occasion campaigns Coordinate storage and inventory of materials. Supervise in-store implementation & SKU priority listing through regular market-runs. Lead agency relations (3rd party creative agencies) and fulfil tenders. Coordinate the production and trade catalogues. Budget management monthly tracking and control of Trade Marketing Budget Attend regional Trade Marketing calls and represent the BU. Do You Have What It Takes. Relevant trade marketing experience or marketing experience within FMCG (coupled with FMCG sales experience as an advantage). Proficient in both written and oral English. Analytical with experience of making data-driven decisions. Proficient in PowerPoint, visual basic and strong knowledge of Excel. Driven, innovative, and self-motivated.
