Starting with the role: Currently we are searching to hire for our sales network of company own stores (Shell stati ons) a T rainee Account Manager to be part of a very dynamic team and assist on the delivery of our sales plans for the specified portfolio of stations. During your day you will: Manage the delivery of the sales plan of the assigned portfolio of stations (company owned โ€“ RBA)Suggest and monitor initiatives that optimize performance on a site level Maximize sales volumes, turnover and profits in all sale categories (fuels, shop and cafรฉ sales, lubricants, carwash, operational excellence) Ensure that all sites are following the specified procedures and processes Manage the relationship with the (third party) Retailers operating the sites, and build strong relationships with the network of the area he supervises Act as a focal point and manage the relationship with other internal stakeholders so as to deliver timely the necessary actions for the sites (i.e supply & distribution, engineering, trai ning etc) Track key account metrics for the assigned portfolio of sites and take corrective actions if/when needed Suggest new business development with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Prepare reports on account statusAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed What you need to stand out: University Degree in Engineering, Business/Economics or a related discipline At least 2 years of experience in sales as an Account Manager or other similar role A Post Graduate Degree will be considered a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English Proficient use of MS Office tools Travelling flexibility is required Show more Show less
