As part of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for various tasks, including: Engaging with clients through phone calls, emails, or chat services; Handling inquiries, reservations, changes to itineraries, and payments; Offering recommendations for appropriate destinations, travel dates, and costs based on clients’ preferences; Working closely with the cruise line and be the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on travel arrangements and answering any questions or concerns; Using booking systems and software to secure holidays and manage clients travel plans; Keeping clients up to date with any changes regarding their travel arrangements and promptly address any concerns or issues that arise. The key qualities we’re looking for: Excellent German language skills in both speaking and writing (B2 proficiency or higher); Basic to intermediate English language skills (at least B1 level); Communication and customer-service skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; Prior work experience in customer service or a related field (recommended, but not mandatory); Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work with others towards common goals; Creative problem solver with an out-of-the-box approach; Attention to detail. You will work with the Travel Agent team from our location in Iasi and you will benefit from a 6-week on-site training program which will help you develop the required skills and knowledge to successfully assist our clients.
