Requirements We think you’d be great for this role if you have: Studies: higher education, technical/economic; Experience in field – minimum 2 years; Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) in both English (B2/C1) and Romanian; Use PC in efficient manner; Negotiation skills and tolerance in working with employees; Ability to work individually and in teams; Self-organizing capacity and punctuality; Capability to control budgets; Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities; Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines ahead of Maintenance Dpt. Responsibilities How you will spend your time with us: Coordinate and monitor the execution of the sites management activities – including but not limited to electrical, water distribution, life safety, fire services, security access control, computer room, small repairs, etc;(you don’t need to be and expert but you will need to manage situations?); Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. heating system, alarms, security cameras); Maintaining the relationship with suppliers, managing contracts, invoices (CTP, RSVTI, etc); Coordinate, supervise cleaning team (train, guide and evaluate the staff, prepare attendance); Supervise security team and maintain contact with provider; Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building; Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations; Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling; Track inventory levels of necessary products; Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses; Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors; Act as a Project Manager to ensure that all assigned projects are delivered within agreed scope, on time, and within budget, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner; Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
