Warehousing Shift Leader – Makó (Hungary) – Your future position? Overall mission: You will help local warehousing teams to improve processes and increase efficiency. You will be located in Makó (Hungary) and report to the Warehousing Manager. You will: Be responsible for material receiving: Take delivery as follows: In the event of problems during the acceptance of goods, assisting the team leader in identifying errors Track actions open for incorrectly received items and supports the partner departments to resolve them Plan in advance weekly the required capacities for receiving goods, informing partners Commission support for production Control the stock, manage discrepancies Support the team leader in case of problems in the picking process, coordinate support from higher organizational or system development Support the preparation and delivery of finished products: When problems arise during the finished product preparation and truck loading processes, supports the team leader in resolving errors Support the department in the efficient and rapid detection of internal nonconformity and customer complaints and in the formulation of actions by coordinating their implementation Support warehouse foremen in process improvements and the development and operation of standards: Measure processes, identify losses, detect process errors Coordinate warehouse process improvements to increase efficiency Support the work of the department by implementing good practices Identify investment needs for warehouse process improvement, develop documented professional requirements.
