Your Role As our Wholesale Assistant, you will: Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed sales and inventory reports to support wholesale operations. Data Analysis: Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Excel Mastery: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data management, reporting, and forecasting. Order Management: Assist in processing and tracking wholesale orders to ensure timely delivery. Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and external wholesale partners to ensure smooth operations. Organization: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to wholesale activities. Support in showroom organization. What We’re Looking For Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.). Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Highly organized and precise, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong numerical aptitude and the ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a similar role within fashion or retail is a plus. Show more Show less
