Account Support Specialist (Chinese Speaker) What you will do in our team:✅Provide support to eMAG Marketplace sellers in using the platform;✅Resolve aftersales requests coming from colleagues in Customer Care;✅Communicate with sellers from the Sales China team assignment: Contacting sellers in order to resolve situations coming from the Customer department Which;✅Provides support to sellers (updating stock, approving receipts/withdrawals, contacting customers in order to improve the delivery process);✅Daily checks delayed orders;✅Daily checks erroneously registered returns;✅Checks the accuracy of product information (recovery documentation for products associated incorrectly or with erroneous specifications);✅Communicate with the authorized service of sellers;✅Resolve the requests from the China Sales team;✅Reactivate the products in the eMAG platform after confirming the price with the seller;✅Operate the statuses for purchase orders in the company's IT system of eMAG Marketplace sellers.
