We are looking for a colleague for the position of Administrative work in the warehouse. This is the receipt of material and the associated administration._x000D_

Work load:_x000D_
Management of warehouse documentation systematically and physically, barcode printing,_x000D_
Preparation of documentation for shipments and its system clearance, export completeness check according to DL and preparation of CMR_x000D_
Ensures the release of material and finished products according to FIFO, records of materials and finished products_x000D_
System processing of income documents_x000D_
Cooperation and communication with warehouse masters_x000D_
Cooperation with the logistics, quality, finance department_x000D_
Physical inspection of incoming goods_x000D_
Work with QAD, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc._x000D_
Reporting to the head of the warehouse and logistics department_x000D_
Receiving and processing supplier complaints_x000D_
Comparing invoices with DL_x000D_

Minimum SÅ/SOU education_x000D_
Active work in Excel and MS Office_x000D_
