Needed person for administrative work in bookkeeping.

Place of work Zemun - Altina

Administrative - technical tasks (input, sorting, processing and archiving of documentation)

Job Description:

entry and posting of goods and material documentation (requisitions, delivery notes, invoices, calculations)

cooperation with customers and suppliers, reconciliation and balance

monitoring, control and deregistration of retail documentation (daily markets, leveling, delivery notes, receipts, stocks, KEP books...)

financial operations, cashier work

other administrative tasks at the request of superiors

Candidate profile:

minimum SSS

computer skills (Microsoft Office)

systematic, analytical and meticulous work

experience in administrative work - knowledge of retail and wholesale operations

respect for deadlines and detailed work, responsibility

organization and independence in work

orientation to teamwork and a positive attitude at work

Other:

working week 5 days

work in two shifts

regular salary payment
