Administrative worker needed.

Job Description:

- Reception of incoming documentation, recording and archiving,

- Creation of invoices, sending and recording in the program for e-invoices,

-Monitoring unpaid invoices, billing,

- Drafting purchase contracts, filling out contracts and other documentation,

- Receiving mail, sorting, filing, dealing with notices, calls, parking fines,

-Scanning documentation, sending, documenting,

-Keeping records of paid expenses and obligations of the company,

- Carrying out administration tasks outside the office,

- Other jobs as ordered by the employer.
