Job Description
The sales agent will be responsible for promoting and selling the portfolio products (reinforced concrete, welded mesh and other construction materials) to construction and industrial clients. He will build and maintain relationships with existing clients and will constantly look for new sales opportunities. Responsibilities: Managing the client portfolio• Identifying, contacting and developing new clients in the field of construction, but also maintaining a positive relationship with existing clients.• understanding the specific needs and requirements of each client, offering them adapted solutions and support in choosing the right products. Promoting and selling products• Presenting the product portfolio (reinforced concrete, welded mesh, rectangular pipes, etc.) in a professional way, explaining the specifications And the advantages of each type of material.• Creation of personalized offers and negotiation of sales terms, ensuring that both the client and the company get the best results. Trips to clients' premises or on construction sites• Visiting clients on site for product demonstrations, inspections of Site or technical discussions about the materials required for different stages of construction.• Maintaining regular contact with clients through periodic meetings and visits, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat orders. Market and competition monitoring• Gathering information about market trends and activity the competition to identify new sales opportunities and adapt the sales strategy.• Analyzing the feedback received from clients for the permanent improvement of the company's offers and services.
