We are hiring Installers of Teak Decks for Yachts - Holland

We are hiring teak deck installers. They work in shipyards in the Netherlands, on boats and yachts of different sizes. If you have experience in the nautical field and are passionate about working with fine details, this position could be right for you. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and contribute to the creation of luxury yachts. Responsibilities: - Fitting and installing teak decks on yachts, according to technical specifications: gluing panels by vacuum, fixing plates, adjustment work, milling, sanding; - Working with specific equipment and tools to ensure a result of quality;- Cutting and adjusting the prefabs is done according to the technical plan. Requirements:- Previous experience in assembling teak decks or in the nautical field;- Excellent manual work skills and attention to details;- The ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team;- Basic knowledge of English or Dutch. Conditions and benefits: - salary 13.00 - 16.50 Euro net per hour, depending on experience; - full time work schedule, overtime as needed; - accommodation provided free of charge; - company car provided; - long-term contract; - employment with a Romanian contract, posting with the A1 form; - medical insurance in Romania and in the Netherlands; - no employment tax is charged.
