SUPPLY - FIELD OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION

Your work experience: Previous experience in the field of construction, in the procurement department. Responsibilities: Plan, negotiate and establish collaborations with suppliers of materials and services; Request price offers, make complete comparisons and propose to management the purchase that falls within the parameters of the budget, time, quality, guarantees; Check invoices received from suppliers for compliance with the orders launched and delivered, data processing, drawing up reports for payment of supplier invoices, in order to issue the payment documents stipulated in the contracts; Actively identifies new suppliers, for the diversification and optimization of the portfolio of suppliers and local subcontractors; Monitors and evaluates the collaboration with suppliers and ensures compliance with the contractual terms; regarding purchases, always defending the interests of the company and its image; Prepares, launches and follows purchase orders (with form) of all materials and services/works in collaboration with the Technical Department; Prepares together with the Technical Director/Site Manager and the necessary hierarchical boss to supply, in accordance with the works in progress; Keeps in permanent contact with the project managers in progress; Quantitatively and qualitatively verifies the received products in accordance with the order made, but also with the documents accompanying the goods; Informs the suppliers about non-conformities and problems of quality, quantity, defects, guarantees, etc. and ensures their solution;
