Your new department – Plant export
In your new department, Plant Construction, 40 dedicated colleagues are ready to welcome you. We are responsible for the construction of main stations and the establishment of a new cable network. You will be part of a team where we both joke and talk honestly about things - and where we always offer help.

"Although the work is very independent, you are never alone. Your colleagues are always just a phone call away, and you will work closely with our project managers," continues Alex.

Your tasks and areas of responsibility range widely
As a foreman/work manager, you will be responsible for carrying out construction tasks at main stations and act as the coordinating link between your own project managers, technicians and external contractors. At times you help with emergency operations in collaboration with the team's other foremen, supervisors and colleagues.

In addition, you will also:
•    plan tasks for own electricians and station fitters
•    handle construction site coordination 
•    responsibility for supervision and coordination of contracts
•    handle security coordination and rounds
•    responsible for work management according to KLS-D tasks on electricity supply
•    contribute your expertise in tender work
•    develop and optimize standards in collaboration with asset management.

Technical insight and good leadership skills
You are the type of leader who takes the lead and makes a decision for the team. At the same time, you value the good cooperation with the technicians and manage to use their specialist knowledge - so that together you ensure a high quality in the work. And of course, you do all this with a good tone and welcoming approach.

In addition, we imagine that you:
•    is an electrician, machinist or has a similar background
•    has knowledge of electricity supply systems
•    always ensures quality and safety
•    expresses yourself freely and effortlessly in writing and speaking in Danish
