About the unit: Aviation Safety is organized directly under the Chief of the Fighter Wing and works impartially with flight safety, working environment and quality. All of our 9 employees in Aviation Safety have a large contact surface with the entire Fighter Wing on a daily basis, as part of the work takes place outside the organization. The work is characterized by a varied and flexible approach to the tasks, with a strong focus on job satisfaction, good cooperation and well-being. About the position: You will be employed at the working environment office with reference to the working environment coordinator. As a working environment advisor, you will be Fighter Wing's primary advisor within chemistry and chemical risk assessment, including: Advice regarding legislation for dangerous substances and materials (chemistry, products and process-dependent pollution) Advice in relation to the preparation/maintenance of chemical risk assessment Advice on requirements for ventilation (including process ventilation and room ventilation) protective equipment, rules for storing substances and materials, including special requirements for toxic-labeled products In addition, you will be a natural part of other tasks that the occupational health and safety office handles, including advice/planning/case processing within the areas: workplace assessment the annual working environment discussion occupational injuries/near-accidents competence development for the working environment groups personal protective equipment technical aids mental working environment You must, in collaboration with the working environment coordinator, ensure that inspections are carried out including the initiation of preventive measures to reduce the risk of occupational injuries. About you: The position is wanted by you who have relevant education and experience. It may be that you have experience with chemistry, ergonomics, APV or similar. We imagine that you have worked with occupational health and safety tasks and have the necessary training in occupational health and safety. As a person, you know how to communicate in both writing and speech, so that your messages and decisions shine through clearly and effectively. You must like to stand in front of other people, and be good at both communicating, motivating and supporting at the same time. You have a sense of detail as well as the whole in a versatile everyday life. You are expected to be able to participate in the section's daily meeting room and be ready to support the section's overall task solution - which we are also ready to support you. If you do not have the necessary training and qualifications to be able to apply for the position, you must be prepared to complete these training courses. Terms of employment The employment takes place in accordance with the Joint Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees' Organizations - The State Sector (OAO-S collective agreement) and organizational agreement for office clerks, laboratory technicians and IT employees in force at all times. Depending on your qualifications and competences, it is possible to negotiate supplements. An employer-funded pension scheme is attached to the position. As an employee under the Ministry of Defence, you are covered by some special conditions. You must, among other things, could be security cleared and maintain the security clearance throughout the employment relationship. As an employee, you have a duty to perform service outside the country's borders, including with units in international operations with a view to participating in conflict prevention, peacekeeping, peacemaking, humanitarian and other similar operations.
