Short description of the company HOSPICE Casa Sperantei is a non-profit organization founded in 1992, which introduced the concept of palliative care in Romania. With over 30 years of activity, HOSPICE is the national leader in the field of palliative care, offering free and integrated services for patients with incurable and life-limiting diseases and their families. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of patients, offering them medical care, social support, psycho-emotional and spiritual counseling. Currently, Casa Sperantei HOSPICE has care centers in Brasov and Bucharest, mobile teams in Fagaras and Zarnesti, as well as a socio-medical center at Adunatii Copaceni intended exclusively for child patients and their families. In the 32 years of activity, we have brought relief and hope to almost 50,000 patients. Our vision is that all patients in Romania benefit from adequate palliative care services, living with dignity and with their loved ones, in the face of the greatest difficulties. Requirements• higher education;• registration in the College of Social Assistants• category B driver's license (not mandatory)• knowledge of the English language (constitutes an advantage) Responsibility• Performs the assessment of the patient/beneficiary, carries out the social survey, the care plan and the monitoring, for the patients in the Bed Unit (hospital), in the ambulatory, and home care, depending on the patient's route;• Informs, advises, guides and actively supports the beneficiaries and their families in relation to obtaining their rights legal;• Makes visits to various institutions and collaborates with the DGASPCs of the sector, in order to support the needs, decisions and rights of patients and families receiving palliative care; Other information• 26 days of annual leave;• 1 day off related to the day of birth• 1 day off on World Health Day;• Meal vouchers in the amount of 40 lei/day;• medical subscription at Regina Maria, valid after the end of the trial period• death insurance and serious illness insurance at NN insurances, valid after the end of the trial period• Bookster subscription;• Activity in a pleasant and professional environment
