JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of the role is to assist in ensuring a seamless running of the Reception department, whilst delivering the highest standards of customer service and maximising revenue opportunities. MAIN DUTIES: Maximize revenue opportunities through effective reservation management. Oversee reception shifts, ensuring smooth operations.. Coordinate with departments for special bookings and guest needs. Maintain a welcoming environment and high service standards. Support team development through training and feedback.
