We are looking for a social work coordinator who has good collaboration skills and wants to be part of our social department, where you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on things.
As a social worker coordinator, you will be responsible for your own cases and - in cooperation with the rest of the department - will be a key person in the work with authorities and our other partners. 
At AUTA-Social we work with children, young people and adults primarily with autism, ADHD/ADD and comorbidities. We offer support through tailor-made solutions that are based on the needs and potential of the individual. Your tasks will primarily be to:
·         ensure coordination, follow-up and ongoing dialogue with municipal authorities.
·         attend status meetings and prepare status reports.
·         continuously follow up on tasks and ensure the quality of our efforts in cooperation with internal consultants.
·         handle and process new inquiries in the visitation.
·         participate in weekly social work meetings with the rest of the department.
We want a social work coordinator who:
·         is a trained social worker with several years of experience, preferably from municipal authority work.
·         has knowledge of the target group autism and ADHD/ADD.
·         has experience with the Service Act, the Children's Act and the LAB Act.
·         masters oral and written communication in Danish.
·         is a welcoming and service-minded interlocutor.
·         works systematically and structured.
·         maintains an overview and a good collegial mood - even in busy periods.
·         have a professional, independent and proactive approach to your work tasks.

Employment conditions:
The position is for 37 hours per week. The working hours will primarily be from Mondays to Fridays in the period between 08:00 – 17:00; however, there may be a need for flexibility in special periods to ensure the solution of the task.

It is a requirement that you have a driving license and can make your own car available, as you will have to drive around to meetings in municipalities; primarily in Zealand. It is also a requirement that you can present satisfactory child and criminal records.
