Role:
Lead and manage the bid process from initial assessment to submission, ensuring high-quality, competitive proposals.
Work closely with account management, technical, and delivery teams to develop winning bid strategies.
Analyze bid requirements, coordinate responses, and create compelling pricing calculations and contribute to decision-making processes.
Manage bid timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely submission.
Review and enhance bid content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
Maintain a repository of reusable bid content and templates to improve efficiency.
Engage with external and internal stakeholders to gather insights and develop meaningful relationships
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in bid management, preferably in the IT services industry
Strong understanding of IT service offerings, solutions, and business models.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with an affinity for working with numbers.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and bid-related financial modeling.
Exceptional communication skills.
C1 English
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and working in CRM systems.
Accuracy and a strong focus on working meticulously to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Previous leadership experience is a plus, with the ability to guide teams through the bid process.
