Become a digital marketing intern at Denmark's largest staffing and recruitment agency

We are looking for an ambitious and technically curious intern for our marketing team who, together with our skilled specialists, will optimize our digital presence and create measurable results. Our aim is to give you a platform to build in-depth skills within digital performance marketing - and we make sure that you get the right tools and sparring to develop yourself!
You will be part of a marketing team of seven people. We are based in the office in Aarhus, from where we work closely with our 40 local departments located around the country. Our task is to support the departments in their search for candidates for various vacant positions as well as Lead generation of companies with potential workplaces. You will experience a flat organizational structure where we believe in each other and where there is not far from thought to action.
In addition to working to develop and strengthen our JKS brand, you will also work with our other recruitment brands Career, Shortlist, Professionals and Assistance.
What can you expect?
As an intern with us, your primary focus will be learning and developing while actively contributing to the team. You will work closely with experienced digital marketers and gain insight into how we create effective marketing campaigns, optimize our channel mix and ensure strong results.
You will come into contact with the following areas - and we will tailor your tasks according to your interests and skills:

Campaign setup & optimization (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads)
Analysis & tracking (Hubspot, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager)
Websites & CMS (DynamicWeb, WordPress)
Graphic production (Adobe package, Canva)

The goal is to give you a broad and deep understanding of digital marketing, so that you can develop into a sharp marketing profile. We provide the necessary sparring and support - and hope you come with a passion for learning and an ambition to make a real difference.
Who are you?
We imagine that you are in the process of a relevant higher education (bachelor's, professional bachelor's or master's) and have a natural curiosity for the digital world. The most important thing is not what you can already do, but that you have the desire to learn and develop.

The practical

Period: 4-5 months, start August 2025
Location: Our office in Aarhus
Working hours: As a starting point, 37 hours/week, but of course we take into account tasks and exams that will come during the period
