Tracks food costs. Ensures the replenishment of the Buffet. Ensures and maintains the kitchen at a high level of cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP standards. Monitors and records any equipment waste or breakages in accordance with company procedures. Develops effective and positive working relationships with all employee groups. Ensures that all procedures are followed to prevent loss of supplies and equipment. He must follow the procedures of the proper operation of the department. Required Qualifications & Experience Degree or certification in relevant culinary school. Experience as a cook in a similar position. Specialization in a particular cuisine or category of dishes.
