Cook A Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring quality and consistency. Supervise and train Cooks B and Kitchen Assistants, guiding them in food preparation and techniques. Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are met. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for kitchen supplies and ingredients. Maintain an organized and efficient workstation during service hours. Follow food safety regulations (HACCP/ISO) and minimize waste. Cook B Assist in preparing and cooking dishes according to set recipes and standards. Ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready (mise en place) before service. Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times. Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts. Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in a luxury hotel or à la carte restaurant. Strong organizational, and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistency under service conditions. Fluency in English. Kitchen Assistants (Lantza) Assist in basic food preparation and kitchen support. Wash and store kitchen utensils, plates, and cooking equipment. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Support the team in keeping the work areas organized and stocked. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a willingness to assist in all kitchen tasks.
