Role Description:
This is a temporary on-site role for a Cook located in Paros for the summer season 2025 The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, especially for brunch and breakfast, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, managing inventory, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
Contract length: 6 months
Qualifications
Culinary degree or equivalent experience
Experience as a cook preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent food quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills and ability to interact with guests
Fluency in English & Greek, both written and verbal
Knowledge of Greek cuisine is a plus
