Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and verify compliance with specifications for packaging materials (eg preforms, lids, stretch film, shrink film, separator paper, labels) used in production. You will ensure that concentrates used in production meet the required specifications, working closely with our team of microbiology.Verify compliance of sweeteners (e.g., sugar, fructose) in beverage production, other than those included in concentrate formulas.Oversee verification of auxiliary materials (e.g., CO2, nitrogen) in accordance with PepsiCo quality standards.Approve release of raw materials and packaging materials for production once compliance is confirmed. Prepare verification and non-conformance reports and monitor daily/monthly reporting on packaging and raw materials. Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring laboratory accreditation and compliance with PepsiCo's global quality standards. Coordinate the validation and implementation of new raw materials and packaging.
