Job Description As a Department Manager you are responsible for overseeing your department to support the Store's Sales and Profit and together with your team deliver a great Customer Experience What you do: You always put the customer first and your priority is to provide excellent Customer Service.​Analyze sales KPIs and take action to maximize sales and profit in your department.Create equitable planning for your team in line with business needs and budget​Lead by example and provide confidence to the team to grow Collaborate with the team Store visual to create an inspiring and exciting customer experience Follow and execute safety and security routines to ensure the safety of our employees and customers We appreciate that you are positive, creative and enjoy being part of the Culture and H&M values. At the same time: ​You are a multi-tasker who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.​You have good analytical and commercial skills.​You have experience in sales and leading a team.​You are available including evenings and weekends.
