Production management 1. Planning, organizing and supervising production activities to ensure the achievement of the quantities and quality of products according to requirements. 2. Ensuring compliance with recipes, technological processes and quality standards for all products. 3. Monitoring the performance of equipment and production lines, ensuring optimal operation and minimizing downtime. 4. Implementation and compliance with a preventive maintenance program for production and packaging equipment. Food safety and quality 1. Collaborates with the quality director to oversee compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS or other relevant standards).2. Collaborate with the quality director to implement and maintain strict hygiene and safety procedures at all stages of the production process. 3. Manage and resolve non-conformities in the production and packaging process together with the quality directorOptimize and operational efficiency 1. Analysis of production performance through indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, production line efficiency, costs and losses. 2. Development and implementation of solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce losses. 3. Proposing and implementing technological innovations and new processes for increasing the competitiveness of products. 4. Optimizing the use of material, human and financial resources in the production process. Team management 1. Coordinating, motivating and developing the production team to achieve the company's objectives. 2. Identifying professional training needs and organizing training sessions for employees. 3. Managing the staff's work schedule and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) regulations. 4. Maintaining a positive and collaborative working climate in the team. Planning and reporting 1. Elaboration of the weekly/monthly production plan, taking into account sales and stock requirements available. 2. Monitoring the consumption of raw materials and coordinating with the person responsible for procurement for supply 3. Preparing periodic weekly/monthly reports for the CEO regarding production activity (realized production, losses, efficiency, incidents). 4. Active participation in management meetings, providing relevant information for the company's strategic planning. Relationship with other departments 1. Collaboration with the sales, logistics and marketing departments to ensure the alignment of production processes with market and customer requirements. 2. Involvement in the development of new products, offering technological and operational support. 3. Coordination with the Plant Manager for the rapid resolution of any technical malfunctions.
