Do you love to cook and are you a motivated and committed Nutrition Assistant or food artist - then this is just you, we are looking for Kitchen Ceres in Horsens The kitchen is located at the Ceres Center in Horsens and is part of the community under Health and the elderly in Horsens Municipality. The kitchen produces daily meals for approx. 220 elderly people divided into care wards, day care centers, cafés and meeting catering for various events. We work with food that matches the Danish food culture and traditions, which means that we cook as much as possible from scratch and preferably from organic ingredients and with an eye to sustainability. Kitchen Ceres We are characterized as a good and spacious workplace, where we constantly work purposefully to improve quality in all respects. We have a busy everyday life and always lots of balls in the air. Therefore, we are looking for a person with a good mood who is passionate about making tasty food in collaboration with motivated colleagues. We are looking for a positive, outgoing, reliable, structured and independent person who wants to help make a difference to the experience of food and meals, so that our users have the best possible everyday life. Your working hours are mainly between 07:00 - 14:30, but there may be shifts that occasionally only end later in the day. Work is done every 4th weekend from 07:00 - 14:30. We offer a position with a weekly number of hours of 32 hours, but other hours are possible. Your tasks:

Preparation and serving of the day's meals for elderly people with small appetites with requirements for different consistencies
Cleaning, self-check and washing up
Driving with today's meals (driver's license B required)
Interdisciplinary collaboration and servicing of the care departments and the activity in connection with daily tasks and events

Your qualifications:

You are a trained nutrition assistant or have other dietary training (e.g. chef, nutrition technologist, caterer or similar) and love and are passionate about making and experimenting with food
You must have good collaboration skills, have an overview, a good sense of hygiene both personally and in production and be able to function in a sometimes hectic environment
You must be welcoming and be able to prepare and serve food in an inviting and aesthetic way when serving customers in the cafe
You have high culinary quality as a trademark, which is based on an organic and sustainable way of thinking
You must have a positive attitude, be flexible and possess good energy and a good mood, as we believe that "a good working environment can be tasted in the sauce"
