• Management of professional and technological work procedures in the field of technical facility management for shopping centers/industrial areas/administrative buildings._x000D_
• Planning, organizing and managing the work of individual maintenance workers, all kinds of services on the building. of the customer in accordance with applicable laws, company regulations and contractual relationships._x000D_
• Compliance with OSH and PO._x000D_
• Control and management of orders and management of EMS, QMS documentation._x000D_
What we expect our industry professional to have:_x000D_
• SŠ or VŠ technical direction._x000D_
• AJ at B2 level._x000D_
• Practice and orientation in the issue of technical building management min. 3 years._x000D_
• Flexibility in thinking, openness to change._x000D_
• Decisiveness, ability to accept responsibility, independence and professionalism._x000D_
• Ability to work as a team and manage stress._x000D_
• Good knowledge of working with MS Office._x000D_
• Jewish driver's license group B, active driver._x000D_
• Experience with managing professional orders - an advantage._x000D_
