Work load:_x000D_
• Management of professional and technological work procedures in the field of technical facility management_x000D_
• Planning, organizing and managing the work of individual maintenance subordinates, all kinds of services at the customer's facility in accordance with applicable laws, company regulations and contractual relationships_x000D_
• Compliance with OSH and PO_x000D_
• Control and management of orders and management of EMS documentation, QMS_x000D_
What we expect our industry professional to have:_x000D_
• SŠ or VŠ technical direction_x000D_
• Practice and orientation in the issue of technical building management_x000D_
• Flexibility in thinking, openness to change_x000D_
• Decisiveness, ability to accept responsibility, independence and professionalism_x000D_
• Ability to work in a team and manage stress_x000D_
• Good knowledge of working with MS Office_x000D_
• Knowledge of AJ – an advantage_x000D_
• Jewish driver's license group B - active driver_x000D_
• Experience with managing professional contracts_x000D_
