Then you are the one we are looking for! We are looking for permanent temporary workers, who e.g. helps to cover the duty schedule when the permanent staff attend meetings, take holidays, etc. As a permanent replacement at Gårdene, you help decide whether you want to work day shifts or evening shifts and whether you can work weekends. If you are interested in fixed weekends, this can also be accommodated. You can be employed for anywhere from 4-16 hours.   About Gårdene: Gårdene is a highly specialized offer for adults with developmental disabilities, several of whom have a judgment of measures and challenging behaviour. We are part of the Special Area for Developmental Disability (SUA), the Social Area in Region Central Jutland. About the target group at Gårdene: The residents of Gårdene are all adult citizens over 18 years of age. They all have a Developmental Disability and the majority have an additional diagnosis within the social and/or psychiatric diagnosis field. Several of the citizens have measures or treatment sentences.  About the approach and the task: At Gårdene, we work with the vision that we are a stepping stone in the citizen's life to increased independence. There is a great focus on the citizen's self-determination and co-determination, which both employees and citizens are taught. As a temporary worker at Gårdene, you will, among other things, to work with:•    Creating professional relationships with citizens•    Meeting citizens with an appreciative and resource-focused approach•    Risk assessment of citizens, with a focus on employee safety Our educational foundation is based on relational and developmental psychology. We work with KRAP, Neuroaffective developmental psychology, systemic thinking and VUM (adult assessment method).
