Fishing assistant wanted for Nordic Kingfish Hatchery in Gudnæsstrand, Bedsted

Tasks The main tasks in the position in close collaboration with the other colleagues are:

Caring for live animals (Rotifers, Artemia) and fish.
Control of water quality, including chemical tests.
General data recording.
Daily feeding and recording thereof.
Daily vacuuming of fish tanks.
Quality sorting of fry.
Maintenance and daily cleaning.
Participating in on-call duty.
Other due work where the need may arise.

Qualifications

An academic or relevant professional education/experience would be an advantage, but other applicants with irrelevant experience may also be considered.
All candidates must be ready for change, as this is a company with development ambitions.
Effective communication in Danish is essential.
Ability and willingness to work every 4th weekend.
Interest in fish and live animals and the ability to care for the same.
Good collaboration skills
IT skills, including especially the Office package at user level.
Be self-driven and have some leadership skills.
Responsible.
